Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Vacate by La Cabane! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our tour and travel services.

1. Booking and Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit of 50% of the total amount at least 30 days prior to the departure date.
• Full payment must be made no later than 7 days before departure.
• Failure to complete the payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.
• Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the departure date will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of the departure date.
• In case of force majeure events, such as natural disasters or political unrest, Vacate by La Cabane reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary. Refunds will be offered as per the company's discretion.

3. Changes to Booking

• Any changes to a confirmed booking (such as dates or participant names) must be requested in writing at least 14 days before the departure date.
• Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the change.

4. Responsibilities

• Vacate by La Cabane is responsible for providing the services as described in the agreed itinerary.
• We are not liable for any personal injuries, damages, or loss of personal belongings during the trip.
• Participants are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates.

5. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering accidents, illness, personal liability, and cancellations.

6. Health and Safety

• Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and mentally fit to undertake the activities outlined in the itinerary.
• Vacate by La Cabane reserves the right to exclude any participant from activities that they deem unsafe due to health or fitness concerns.

7. Conduct

• Participants are expected to behave in a respectful manner throughout the trip.
• Any behavior deemed inappropriate or dangerous by the guide or tour operator may result in the participant being removed from the trip without refund.

8. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/Region].
